I discovered my passion for making the world more beautiful at a young age. After working for others for decades, I am finally doing it for my own brand, Chocolat-e. Design and marketing were familiar, but tackling governance, sustainability, supply chain, human rights, and customer service was challenging.
Despite the difficulties, Norm and I, as executives, are making progress every day, staying true to our dreams and values. Through the Chocolat-e journey, I've gained a broader perspective, and my mission is now to contribute to making the world a better place.
In 2024, Chocolat-e is certified as a Benefit Corporation For Good, pending B Corp, 2024 National Retail Federation Champion nominee and was awarded a Bronze at the International Chocolate Awards in 2021-22.
